O.K., Pete Rose has never been to Sports Cards Plus; but during our mini-trip to Las Vegas, we visited with Pete Rose for a few minutes. He asked what I did. I told him about Sports Cards Plus and all my great customers. So when I asked him to make the bat out to Sports Cards Plus because I wanted to display it in my store, Pete wrote in "Sports Cards Plus, a great place."
I have met Mr. Rose two other times at autograph signings for card shows, but this was the best experience because I got to talk to him for nearly five minutes and he was very pleasant. I have always been a Braves fan, and love my Braves; but, Pete Rose is the greatest baseball player I ever saw play.
