I just lost out on a 2014-15 Panini Eminence One of One Ty Cobb Autographed Cut, but I'm good. .....Really.
Jonathan is a regular customer of Sports Cards Plus and loves Panini's Flawless Basketball. He is a Lakers fan and is happy with his many Lakers pulls including 7 Flawless Kobe Autographs. I am out of Flawless Basketball, so Jonathan took some time looking around the store for his next conquest. He was interested in doing a box break of 2014-15 Eminence Basketball, but no one else in the store was ready to join in. I was thinking about busting a box of Eminence for myself, so I decided to join in with Jonathan. Jonathan and I agreed on a price where he took half the Eminence box and I took the other half.
First, we opened the box to see the contents: A David Robinson Autographed 1 Troy Ounce Silver All Star Card 1/10; a Nikola Mirotic Auto Jumbo Jersey Patch RC 5/5; a Wilt Chamberlain 1 Troy Ounce Silver 1966-67 NBA MVP Card 2/5; a Shaquille Oneal Auto 4/5; a Chris Paul Auto 1 Troy Ounce Silver Card 4/10; and a Kareem Abdul Jabbar Auto 1 Troy Ounce Silver Card; and a 1/1 TY COBB Autographed Signature Cut!
The Ty Cobb Cut is by far the most valuable card but every Eminence card is an amazing addition to anyone's collection. I wanted the David Robinson (Well, to be honest with you, after I won the Ty Cobb.) To decide who gets what cards we used a website to randomize the cards.
I believe everyone will say that Jonathan is The Big Winner. But I feel like a winner too. ...Really...... I feel great for Jonathan and having another happy customer (and my David Robinson Eminence Auto) is what being a store owner is all about.
