Pictured above are the attendees (I'm the guy in the blue shirt, fifth row isle seat on right side) of the Panini America meeting. Panini America has greatly improved its product lines in 2013 and has made tremendous improvements in customer service. Panini's management staff made it clear to me that Panini wants your business and aims to please. The entire management staff was easily accessible and listened to what I had to say. I was truly impressed.
The guy in the third row, right side in the red shirt (with guy's hand covering my face) is yours truly. The Upper Deck meeting was informative and fun. Upper Deck's upcoming 2013 product lines are impressive.
