Johnny Manziel has constantly been in the news, much more than any other Heisman Trophy winner. Most of the press he has received has been negative. But until now, it has done only moderate damage to his popularity and the demand for his memorabilia. However, recent allegations that he was paid $7500 to sign autographs has resulted in a new NCAA examination which threatens his eligibility.
