Last year, Topps Dynasty's debut marked the most-expensive single-card pack of baseball cards in Topps history. Topps described Dynasty as “the most carefully curated subject list in trading card history” and the “most-premium Topps product of all time.”
This year, every pack ( $269.95 per box) will once again include an autographed patch, cut auto, autographed dual Relic or a cut auto dual Relic when it arrives Wednesday, December 16th.
This year’s Dynasty Baseball will be printed on embossed stock and Topps promises they are cards “you need to see to believe.” Among the signers for the cards, which will all be on-card and limited to no more than 10 copies per card, will be Mike Trout, Ken Griffey Jr., Mariano Rivera, Sandy Koufax, Cal Ripken Jr., Bryce Harper and other all-time greats. Adding a little bit of a Topps Allen & Ginter type touch to the product, Dynasty will include Will Farrell to the checklist.
Autographed patches will have 1/1 parallels, while a second version will be limited to only five copies. Duals will be limited to just five copies each also having a 1/1 parallel. The remainder of cut autos will be 1/1 creations.
